I had a really enjoyable stay at the Westin in Puerto Vallarta. The staff provided exceptional service and created a welcoming environment that made my vacation special. On the downside, the dining options could use improvement, and the rooms, while clean, felt a bit dated.
We had a wonderful experience at the Westin Puerto Vallarta, especially during my daughter's wedding. The hotel’s wedding planner was exceptional, making everything from beautiful flowers to delicious food feel effortless. The proximity to the beach and the relaxing pool areas were highlights, though the location is a bit far from the downtown area, requiring a taxi ride. Overall, it was a fantastic venue for a special occasion, but I’d recommend considering the transportation if you plan to explore the city.
